We want you to love your BLUMENT dress—and if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s how returns and exchanges work:
You have 30 full days from receiving your order to try on your dress and decide if it’s perfect. Take all the time you need—we know finding the right piece takes a little care!
We just ask that your dress stays in its original, lovely condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, or damage
- All original tags still attached (keep them secure until you’re sure!)
- Packaged in its original BLUMENT bag or box (to keep it safe on the way back)
Some pieces are made just for you or marked as final treasures—so they can’t be returned or exchanged:
- Customized dresses (e.g., personalized embroidery, made-to-measure sizing)
- Items labeled “Final Sale” on the product page (we always highlight this clearly!)
- Contact our customer support team—use [your email address] or the quick contact form linked in your order confirmation email.
- Share your order number and a brief note about why you’re returning (no long explanations needed—we just want to improve!).
- Once approved (we reply within 24 hours!), we’ll send step-by-step instructions: where to ship, how to label, and what’s next.
Need a different size, color, or style? We offer free exchanges within the 30-day window! Mention your preferred new item when you contact us—we’ll reserve it (if in stock) to get it to you fast.
After we receive your returned dress and check it’s eligible, we’ll process your refund right away. You’ll get your money back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7–10 business days—and we’ll email you the second it’s on its way, so you never have to guess.
- If your dress is defective (e.g., a loose stitch we missed) or incorrect (we sent the wrong item), we cover 100% of return shipping—just share a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll send a prepaid label.
- For other returns (e.g., “it’s not my style”), you cover the return shipping fee—but we’ll share tips for affordable options to keep it easy.
